Acadia National Park
(and Lobster Pound)

September 12th, 2013

This is a typical highway in New England states,
I now know why the fall colors are spectacular in this part of the country.
As you can see, not much evergreen like in the Northwest area.
Most of the leaves will turn, giving intense colors.

This is close to the entrance of Acadia National Park,
I would love to stay in this house for the summer.

If you are not a hiker you may not enjoy Acadia National Park to the fullest.

Some of the coastlines are very rocky.

This is the view from Cadillac Mountain, the very top of the park.
In the near distance is the town of Bar Harbor.

"Pretend you love her!"
That was what the photographer said when we asked her to take our picture. So I obliged!

I just love it up here.

This is a different photographer.
