Danish environmental artist Thomas Dambo created six giant wooden trolls -
in the Pacific Northwest as part of his 2023 public art project, "Northwest Trolls: Way of the Bird King.
" Each sculpture is crafted from recycled and locally sourced materials,
blending Scandinavian folklore with Pacific Northwest landscapes and environmental themes.
